Matt Morrow

Matt Morrow

In meeting Matt Morrow, I quickly come to the conclusion that if everyone marches to the beat of his own drum, his is a non-conformist, bordering on wild man. But Matt dances to his drum; marching is for dull, serious types who like to wear suits and sit at desks.

To understand Matt, one has to see him as not only a typical guy, but also a skilled professional. Like an undercover agent, he comes across as nothing out of the ordinary, yet he possesses the skills necessary to make a huge success out of his “job” with Vemma. He tells us his job description is hanging out with his friends. That is what he enjoys and that is the secret to his success, and luckily for Matt Morrow, he doesn’t have a problem making friends.

The night I showed up at his house, he was having a large party of mostly college students, friends of his kids. But there didn’t seem to be the usual generation gap that you typically see when a kid brings his college buddies home. Instead Matt is flipping the ribs on the barbecue and telling jokes to a handful of kids surrounding him. From an outsider’s perspective, it looks like a big extended family. Everyone is casual and feels at home. What sets Matt Morrow apart from other highly successful dads is the fact that he hasn’t let his family life suffer for him to succeed. In fact, he spends more time with his kids than any other parents he knows. Casa de Morrow is the place where all the kids hang out. And after spending just a day with his family, I can see that they are very used to being together.

Matt firmly believes that you don’t find people to join Vemma. In order to be successful, you make friends and because you genuinely care you’ll want to help them, so you invite them to join. Recruiting people that you like and building a team that you enjoy being with leads to an atmosphere where everyone succeeds. As Matt says, “It really isn’t work if you like what you are doing and you enjoy helping your friends.” In spending time with Matt Morrow, this is a fundamental belief for the Vemma Royal Ambassador Brand Partner. Matt does what he likes. He believes in Vemma, but he also gets pleasure from sharing his views with others, and helping them find their own happiness and financial freedom. For the man that has it all the most important things in life are family, friends, and spending a good time “doing what you want, when you want.”

Matt has managed to make his success fit his desires. He is working in something that he loves, but he is also working the way he likes, and over the years, he has been able to achieve his dreams and beyond. If you think he has it all, then you are right. He has what he wanted, desired and imagined. This is why it is easy to see the smile on his face.
